What Is the Best Custom 1000W Active Speaker from a China Factory for Live Sound?

I get messages every week from people who need a powered PA speaker. Some are DJs. Some run rental shops. Some sell on Amazon. They all want to know the same thing: which one actually works without breaking the bank or falling apart after three gigs.

First, Let Me Show You the Three Models

We make three active speakers: ART-910A (10 inch), ART-912A (15 inch), and ART-915A (15 inch with bigger magnet). All are Class-D digital amps. All have DSP, limiter, and TWS Bluetooth. Here is a table I made for you. I use this when customers ask me for a quick comparison.

See the difference? ART-915A has the biggest magnet (80 OZ) and the lowest bass (45Hz). That extra magnet gives you more low end punch. If you play hip hop, EDM, or live drums, you want that model.

 

ART-912A is still a 1000W peak speaker. Same amp power. But the magnet is 60 OZ and the low end stops at 50Hz. That is still very good for vocals, acoustic bands, and general PA use.

 

ART-910A is the little brother. 700W peak, 10 inch woofer. It is lighter. Easier to carry. I recommend it for floor monitors, small cafes, or speeches.

 

 

The Questions Everyone Asks Me

“Is this really a 1000W active PA speaker or just a peak number?”

We rate both. 500W RMS continuous. 1000W peak. RMS is what you get all night without overheating. Peak is for short bursts like a kick drum hit. The Class-D amp is efficient. It does not get hot like old school Class-AB amps.

 

“Can I get this as a custom 1000W active speaker with my logo?”

Yes. We are a 1000W speaker supplier china. You want your brand on the grille or the back panel? Done. You want white cabinet instead of black? We can do that. You need custom packaging and manual? No problem. That is why we exist as an active speaker oem odm factory.

 

“Does it have Bluetooth? Can I pair two speakers wirelessly?”

Yes. TWS Bluetooth 5.0. You connect two ART speakers to each other – no cable between left and right. Then you play music from your phone or tablet. This is huge for DJs who forget cables. Also great for rental companies because setup is faster.

 

“What inputs are on the back?”

Two combo jacks (XLR plus 1/4 inch). One 3.5mm stereo jack. That means you can plug in a wired mic, a guitar, a laptop, or a phone. Also one male XLR output to daisy chain to more speakers. So you can run a whole system from one source.

 

“Does it have DSP? What does the limiter do?”

Yes. DSP with limiter and thermal protection. The limiter stops distortion. If you turn the volume too high, the limiter kicks in and protects the driver. It does not turn off – it just reduces gain. Thermal protection shuts the amp down if it gets too hot. But with Class-D, that almost never happens unless you block the vents.

 

“Can I use this as an amazon Bluetooth 5.0 speaker for parties?”

Yes, many Amazon sellers buy from us. They private label our custom 1000W active speaker and sell it on Amazon. But keep in mind – these are PA speakers. They are loud. Not for quiet living rooms. For backyard parties, weddings, school events – perfect.

 

 

What About Build Quality? I Don't Want Something That Breaks.

Fair question. The cabinet is PP (polypropylene). Not cheap ABS plastic. PP is tough and dent-resistant. The grille is steel. There are three handles: one on top, two on sides. Carrying a 15 inch speaker is still heavy, but the handles help.

 

The back panel has two pole sockets. Standard 35mm. So any speaker stand works. Also two M8 rigging points on the bottom if you want to fly it with a safety wire.

 

We test every unit before it leaves the factory. Each speaker gets a frequency sweep, Bluetooth pairing test, XLR input test, and one hour burn-in at 70% power. I have seen other factories skip this. We do not.

“What is the coverage angle?”

100° horizontal, 60° vertical. That is a wide horn. For most rooms, you cover the audience without dead spots. If you have a long narrow room, rotate the speaker 90 degrees. Then you get 60° horizontal and 100° vertical – better for depth.

 

“Can I daisy chain different models?”

Yes. You can mix ART-910A, 912A, and 915A. The male XLR output sends the full signal. So you could run a 915A as main, then daisy chain a 910A as a side fill. They all work together.

 

“Does it have a volume knob and DSP controls?”

Yes. Separate volume knob. DSP controls let you switch between presets. We do not list the presets here because they vary by model, but standard ones include “Live,” “Music,” and “Monitor.” You can also change them in OEM orders.

 

“What about warranty?”

Standard 1 year. For bulk OEM orders we can discuss extended warranty. But honestly, if a unit is going to fail, it usually fails in the first week. That is why we burn them in for an hour before shipping.
